A MAN whose brother died of cancer is calling on runners to join him when he runs the Colchester Marathon dressed as a giant pair of testicles.
Toby Freeman founded the Robin Cancer Trust after losing his brother Robin to testicular cancer, aged just 24.
Over the years, Toby has tried to raise awareness of testicular cancer while supporting those affected by the disease and those who survive it.
In 2025, he is set to take on the ultimate endurance challenge, running more than 500km dressed as a pair of testicles to raise awareness and funds.

As part of the challenge, he will take on some of the UK’s toughest races, including the Brighton Marathon, the London Marathon, and a gruelling 100km ultramarathon.
Toby said: “I’m taking on this Big Ballsy Challenge because I want to break the stigma of talking about our testicles.
"I want to show young men all across the UK that there’s nothing to be embarrassed about, and that checking yourself once a month could save your life.
“If I can make people laugh, we can start having serious conversations about our health - and that makes it all worthwhile.”
Starting off the challenge, Toby will start off his challenge by running the Colchester Marathon on March 16.
Supporters of the event also have the chance to win boxing gloves signed by Olympic Bronze medallist Lewis Richardson.
The star, who represented Team GB at the Paris 2024 Olympics, will start off the event next weekend.
Lewis, who was born and grew up in Colchester, said it was “a privilege" to support the cancer charity and to officiate the start of the popular race.
